For the past three years my brother has lived in Ontario, Canada and this summer my family and I managed to get it together and take our first trip to see our northern neighbors. I had no idea to expect going up there since I have never been further north than New York City, but it turned out to be one of the best and most fun trips that I have ever taken!
The first thing that my brother suggested when we arrived was to rent a car, which made total sense since there were four of us with my wife and two kids along, so we were going to need our own mode of transportation. I gotta tell you renting a car really saved us a nice little chunk of change that we used for having fun instead. I have taken trips to New York and Florida before where we had to rely on cabs and buses and it really put a strain on the trip. Not this time though since we rented a car and we got to see so much great stuff that I still can’t even believe it.
Since my brother had lived there for the past few years he knew what the deal was with renting a car in Ontario. The one place that he recommended to us was Enterprise in Toronto, don’t even bother with any other place he told us, they were the best in town from his experience. He was completely right too, I have rented cars in other places and these guys really knew what they were doing. We were in and out of the joint in about 15 minutes with a really nice Toyota minivan. Take my word for it, if you are going to Ontario and are in the Toronto area, you have got to go to Enterprise if you are going to rent a car, they will treat you right!
